Hot flashes, brain fog, and low energy aren’t something you have to live with, so our providers build a personalized treatment plan that helps restore hormonal balance.
Hormones play a role in how you sleep, think, feel, and burn energy. When hormone levels change with age, stress, or illness, the human body lets you know. Many women notice menopausal symptoms for several years during perimenopause and menopause, while men often feel changes as testosterone levels drop.
At HEALOR, our hormone specialists use bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to bring your hormone levels back into a healthy range. Bioidentical hormones come from plant sources such as soy and wild yams. They have the same structure as the estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone your body makes, so your body’s response is similar to how it handles its own hormones.
A hormonal imbalance is easy to blame on stress or age. Common symptoms include:
Left untreated, a hormone imbalance can contribute to other health problems, including osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease.
Your provider reviews your symptoms, medical history, and health goals.
Blood tests measure your estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and other key markers.
We choose a dose and delivery methods that fit your life, such as pellets, creams, patches, or pills. Low-dose vaginal estrogen is also an option for vaginal dryness.
We recheck your labs and adjust your plan. Many check-ins can happen through telehealth visits.
Many patients notice better sleep, steadier mood, and more energy within 2–4 weeks, though full results can take a few months. Pellets usually last 4-6 months between insertions, while daily dosing with a cream lets us fine-tune your levels more often. Estrogen therapy can also help protect bone density and improve skin elasticity.
Every treatment carries some risk. Depending on your age, health, and the type of therapy, hormone replacement therapy can raise the risk of blood clots, stroke, heart disease, or breast cancer. Timing matters, too. The North American Menopause Society has found that for most healthy women under 60, or within 10 years of menopause, the benefits outweigh the risks. Your provider will review your personal and family history to confirm you’re a good candidate.
Hormone therapy works best when it’s built around you, not around a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Founded by internal medicine physician Dr. Raj Singh, MD, HEALOR pairs medical oversight with a whole-person view of your well-being.
We treat perimenopause, menopause, and low testosterone, with testosterone pellet options for both women and men.
Your dose is based on your hormone levels, symptoms, and how you feel, not a standard formula. We keep adjusting until your hormones are back in balance.
Sleep, stress, nutrition, and weight loss goals all affect your hormones, so we look at the full picture.
We explain the benefits and risks of every option so you can make a confident choice about your health.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff. The doctor was highly professional, taking the time to ensure I understood my treatment plan.
Several types of providers can prescribe HRT, including endocrinologists, gynecologists, internal medicine physicians, and nurse practitioners trained in hormone replacement therapy. Experience matters more than title. Look for a certified practitioner who orders labs, explains your options, and follows up regularly. At HEALOR, a physician-led team manages your hormone therapy from start to finish.
HEALOR offers hormone replacement therapy at three clinics: 3900 W Charleston Blvd, Suite 170, 8775 Deer Springs Way in Centennial Hills, and 2065 Las Vegas Blvd N in North Las Vegas. We also welcome patients from Summerlin, Henderson, and Spring Valley, NV.
HRT costs vary based on your treatment plan, the type of hormones, and how they’re delivered. Pellets, creams, and pills are each priced differently, and lab testing adds to the total. Your provider will give you an estimate at your consultation. Paying out of pocket? Ask about our financing options and Healorship membership.
It depends on your plan and the medication. Some FDA-approved hormone formulations may be partly covered, while bioidentical hormones made by compounding pharmacies usually aren’t. Office visits and lab work may also be billed to insurance. Text 702-362-2273, and our team will check your coverage before your first appointment.
