About Healor Primary Care - Centennial Hills
Who We Are
Healor was founded in 2017 by Dr. Raj Singh, MD, FACP, FASN — a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Dr. Singh earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and completed his Nephrology fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Beyond his clinical work at Healor, he serves as an assistant professor at the UNLV School of Medicine and an adjunct assistant professor at Touro University Nevada. He has been recognized as a Las Vegas Top Doctor in Primary Care for multiple years and was named to Las Vegas Magazine’s Top 100 Docs list. Since founding Healor in 2017, Dr. Singh and his team have treated over 5,000 patients across the Las Vegas area.
Dr. Singh built Healor because he saw that too many patients were leaving clinics with more pills and fewer real answers. His approach blends evidence-based internal medicine with a focus on root cause care — looking at your lifestyle, lab results, and long-term health goals to build a plan that actually fits you. Dr. Singh puts it simply: “Most patients do not need more medications. They need a doctor who will actually listen, look at the full picture, and help them understand what is going on in their body. That is what we do at Healor.” Patients regularly come to us feeling tired, out of balance, or frustrated after years without real answers — and leave with a clear plan and a care team that stays with them long term.

How Healor Is Different From a Typical Clinic
The Healor Difference
Most people in Las Vegas have sat in a waiting room, seen a doctor for ten minutes, and left with a prescription they were not sure they needed. At Healor, we do things differently. A typical clinic treats the symptom in front of them and moves on — at Healor, we look for the root cause. A typical clinic reaches for a prescription first — at Healor, medication is a last resort used only when it is truly the right fit. A typical clinic gives you a generic care plan — at Healor, your plan is built around your specific labs, lifestyle, and goals. Most clinics also stop at standard primary care, while Healor offers hormone therapy, weight loss treatment, regenerative care, and sexual health services all under one roof in Centennial Hills. Dr. Singh designed Healor because he saw what standard care was missing. When you come to our Centennial Hills office, you get a provider who looks at your whole health picture — not just the one thing you came in for that day.
What is Primary Care?
Your Health Foundation
Primary care is where your health starts. It covers checkups, shots, sick visits, and care for long-term health problems — one place that knows you and helps you make good choices for your body.¹ In Centennial Hills, the neighborhoods are growing fast. From Skye Canyon to Providence, more families are putting down roots every year, making Centennial Hills one of the fastest-growing communities in all of Clark County. Having a doctor on this side of the valley makes life a lot easier. At Healor Primary Care – Centennial Hills, we handle many health needs so you do not have to fight traffic on the 215 just to see a doctor.
Why Choose Healor Primary Care - Centennial Hills for Primary Care in Centennial Hills?
The Right Choice
We Know the Centennial Hills Community
We are not just any clinic. We are right here in Centennial Hills, off Deer Springs Way, and we know the people who live in this part of Las Vegas. We care for young families, people who work long shifts on and off the Strip, and older patients who have lived here for years — and we make care work for your life and your schedule.
A Different Kind of Primary Care
Most clinics write a prescription and send you home. At Healor, we do things differently. Dr. Singh built this practice around the idea that your body can heal well with the right support — so we focus on lifestyle, nutrition, and hormone balance, and we use medicine when you truly need it, not as a reflex. That is what makes Healor stand out from other primary care clinics in Las Vegas.
One Provider for All Your Needs
Instead of driving to Summerlin, Henderson, or downtown Las Vegas, you get one care team that knows your full health story. Physicals, blood pressure, diabetes, hormone concerns, weight loss, and more are all handled in one place right here in Centennial Hills, Nevada — by a team that already knows your history every time you walk in the door.
Fast Access, No Long Waits
Finding a primary care doctor in Las Vegas is harder than most people expect. Nevada ranks 48th in the country for primary care doctors per capita, and in Clark County there is just one primary care physician for every 1,760 residents — well below the national average of one per 1,310.² ³ At Healor Primary Care – Centennial Hills, we work hard to get you in fast without the weeks-long wait that is common across the valley.
Why You Need Primary Care in Centennial Hills
Don’t Wait, Act
Centennial Hills is one of the fastest-growing parts of the Las Vegas Valley. New homes are going up, new schools are opening, and more people are moving to the northwest side every month. Without a doctor nearby, small health problems can turn into big ones. Here are three reasons why having a primary care doctor in Centennial Hills matters.
Preventive Care Catches Problems Early
Stay Ahead Early
Some serious health problems — like high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol — show no signs at first. This is especially true in Las Vegas, where long work hours, odd schedules, and the desert heat wear your body down over time. Regular checkups catch these problems early before they get worse, and a good primary care doctor tracks your health over time to spot changes you might not notice on your own.
Chronic Conditions Need Ongoing Management
Consistent, Managed Care
If you have a long-term condition like thyroid disease, asthma, or type 2 diabetes, you need regular care. Driving across the valley for every appointment makes consistent management hard. At Healor Primary Care – Centennial Hills, we build a care plan just for you and update it as your health changes — all right here close to home.
Centennial Hills Residents Deserve Local Access
Care Close By
Nobody wants to get on the 95 or the 215 for a routine doctor visit. People in Centennial Hills need a provider nearby who knows this community. Local care means shorter drives, faster visits, and a team that is a real part of the northwest Las Vegas area.

You should not wait weeks to see a doctor or drive across Las Vegas just to get basic care. At Healor Primary Care – Centennial Hills, we offer same-week appointments for new patients, one team that knows your full health history, convenient access right here off Deer Springs Way in Centennial Hills, Nevada, and care for all ages from kids to seniors. What is primary care medicine?

It is your first stop for everyday health needs, checkups, long-term condition care, and specialist referrals. At Healor Primary Care – Centennial Hills, we do all of this in one place on the northwest side of Las Vegas.
What services does a primary care doctor provide?
A primary care doctor does yearly physicals, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, sick visits, lab work, prescription help, and specialist referrals. Our team at Healor Primary Care – Centennial Hills handles most of your health needs — including hormone care, weight loss, and sexual health — without sending you across the Las Vegas Valley.
How often should you visit a primary care physician?
Most healthy adults should see their primary care doctor once a year for a routine physical. If you have a long-term condition like diabetes or high blood pressure, you may need to come in every 3 to 6 months. Your Centennial Hills care team will help you figure out the right schedule based on your specific health needs.
What is the difference between primary care and urgent care?
Primary care is for long-term health, prevention, and ongoing care, while urgent care handles quick problems that are not emergencies. In Centennial Hills, having a primary care provider means you have a doctor who knows your full history — not just whoever is free at a walk-in clinic that day.

What should I expect at my first primary care visit?
At your first visit, we go over your health history, do a physical exam, and talk about your concerns or symptoms. We may also order basic lab work or screenings based on your age and health, with the goal of leaving that first visit with a clear picture of where your health stands.
Can primary care doctors prescribe medication?
Yes, primary care doctors can prescribe medicine for many conditions including infections, long-term diseases, mental health concerns, and more. At Healor Primary Care – Centennial Hills, we look at your full health picture before suggesting any prescription to make sure it is truly the right fit for you.
